1. Project Name: Le Shou Duck Farm Labor Service Company's Outsourced Recruitment Project.

2. This tender is commissioned by the company's Leshou Duckery Labor Service Company for recruitment services, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a cooperation agreement with the company.

3. Scope and Requirements of the Tender

Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd., Guozhuang Branch, currently employs over 600 people. Preparations for the second production line are underway, and to ensure its smooth launch, the company is now inviting bids from labor agencies to handle the recruitment process on its behalf.

Labor recruitment agency entrusts bidding for worker recruitment at: Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. (Guozhuang Branch).

Specific requirements:

1. The bidding party guarantees to strictly screen candidates according to the company’s hiring criteria and to carry out employment referral services based on specific job roles and the required number of hires.

2. The bidder must ensure the authenticity of the personal information provided for the recommended personnel.

3. The bidding party must strictly safeguard the relevant information and materials of applicants and, aside from providing them to the company, shall not disclose any content to unrelated individuals. Additionally, the bidding party is required to maintain the confidentiality of company secrets to protect the company’s interests.

4. Employees hired by the company will be recommended by the bidding party based on their recruitment criteria and selection process. Once the candidates selected by the bidding party are confirmed, both parties—Party A and Party B—should prepare a personnel roster and collaborate with the company to manage employee attendance effectively.

5. During the contract period, the company reserves the right to notify the bidder to temporarily suspend recruitment activities based on staffing needs, and the bidder shall cooperate accordingly.

6. The bidding party shall, based on the company’s operational needs, recommend personnel who meet the company’s requirements for interviews at the company-designated work location, and simultaneously commit to not hiring or recommending child laborers.

7. For all candidates recommended by Party B and subsequently hired by Party A, Party B shall not re-recommend these candidates to any other organizations (unless approved by Party A).

8. Efficiency Requirement/Agreed Duration: Within one month, recruit at least the minimum number of personnel units as specified by the company.

(Note: (1) No gender restrictions; age range: Male: 18–55 years old; Female: 18–50 years old; (2) Original ID card and original health certificate are required for onboarding.)

Bidding Instructions

Bidding Requirements

1. Agency recruitment fees and payment methods.

(1) Upon successful placement of a candidate (based on the number of hires who complete onboarding procedures), 50% of the aforementioned service fee will be paid after the employee has been onboarded for one full month.

(2) After an employee has completed two months of employment, a 20% fee of the aforementioned service cost must be paid;

(3) After an employee has completed three months of employment, a payment of 30% of the aforementioned service fee is required;

(4) Both parties shall reconcile the recruitment data by the 25th of each month. Once verified as accurate, the company will remit payment for all recruitment expenses incurred in the previous month via bank transfer no later than the 5th of each month, and simultaneously issue a standard VAT invoice.

Alternatively: Reconcile and settle last month’s expenses on the 10th of each month, and Party A shall pay Party B the previous month’s fees by the 15th.

Ultimately, the bilateral cooperation agreement shall prevail.

2. Award Method: The winning bid will be awarded to the best collaborative approach as evaluated.

Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the contract, the bidding company must sign the contract agreement.

All of the above documents must be stamped with the official company seal.

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on April 18, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by April 28, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the comprehensive on-site bid opening and evaluation meeting on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1.
