I. Project Name and Tender Description

1. Project Name: Expansion Construction Project for the Slaughterhouse Shed at Leshou Duck Farm, Guozhuang Branch.

2. This tender is for the construction project of the expansion of the slaughterhouse shed at the Guozhuang Branch of Leshou Duck Industry Company, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

Construction details: Expansion of the slaughterhouse area—extend the southern waiting shed to the south and the northern waiting shed to the north (refer to the design drawings for specifics).

Construction requirements:

(1) Extend one bay southward (south-side slaughtering shed)

Remove the capping panels and wind-resistant columns from the southern gable wall of the original slaughterhouse shed, then carefully slide the entire steel frame structure 6 meters southward and reinstall it. Reinforce the setup by adding new wind-resistant columns. Additionally, relocate the deodorization equipment’s steel frame 2.5 meters northward. All steel columns and beams will be made from 350x175 H-shaped steel sections, connected using high-strength bolts. The purlins will be constructed from hot-dip galvanized C-channel steel measuring 160x50x2.5 mm, topped with an iron-plastic mesh (40x40x2.5 mm) and layered with 70 mm-thick, 19 kg/m³ thermal insulation rock wool. Finally, enclose the structure with colored steel panels (Sky Blue, 0.5 mm thick), installing side panels along the east, south, and west walls—complete with perimeter beams and diagonal bracing—and finishing the sides with single-layered Sky Blue-colored steel panels (0.4 mm thick). On the west side, extend the water channel gutter an additional 3.5 meters southward, ensuring that its height and slope match those of the original slaughterhouse shed.

(2) Expanding 2 bays northward (north-side slaughterhouse shed)

The original gable end wall panel and wind-resistant column at the north end of the former slaughterhouse shed were removed, then relocated 15 meters northward and reinstalled as a single rigid frame. An additional wind-resistant column was added, along with a second rigid frame installed in the center. All steel frame columns and beams are made from 350x175 H-shaped steel, connected using high-strength bolts. The purlins are constructed from hot-dip galvanized C-channel steel measuring 160x50x2.5 mm, topped with an iron-plastic mesh (40x40x2.5 mm) and layered with 70-mm-thick, 19-kg thermal insulation rock wool. Finally, the structure is sealed with colored steel panels (Sky Blue, 0.5 mm thick), with the east and north sides also enclosed using the same type of colored steel panels (Sky Blue, 0.4 mm thick). Meanwhile, the water trough gutter on the west side has been extended 15 meters northward, and downspouts have been added to ensure proper drainage.

Bidding Method

Our company will publish the tender documents on the Leshou Group official WeChat account on March 18, 2023. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by March 24, 2023, as specified in the tender documents.
