1. Project Name:

Project 1: Construction Project of Color-Steel Houses for Employee Dormitories No. 3, 4, and 5 at Leshou Duck Farm's Guozhuang Branch.

Project Two: Construction of a Color-Steel Shed for Duck Intestine Dormitories at the Guozhuang Branch of Leshou Duck Farm.

2. This tender is for the construction of color-steel housing units at the Guozhuang Branch of the Company's Leshou Duck Industry. The bidding process will follow the company’s tendering regulations, and the winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

(1) Project 1: The three employee dormitory buildings—numbers 3, 4, and 5—are two-story color-steel structures, each measuring 42 meters in length and 6 meters in width (excluding corridors and eaves). Each room is 3 meters wide and 6 meters deep, totaling 28 rooms. Both the first and second-floor ceilings feature insulation and soundproofing measures. Note that this does not include the ground floor or foundation, nor does it cover utilities like electricity and plumbing. For detailed specifications, refer to the attached site plan and the color-steel building model photos.

(2) Project Two: 14 mobile color-steel houses designed for couples, and 14 standard mobile color-steel houses for general employees. Each couple-friendly mobile house measures 6 meters in length and 3 meters in width, with a partition wall installed in the middle to create two separate rooms. Doors and windows are fitted on the 3-meter-long north-south walls. The standard employee mobile houses also measure 6 meters by 3 meters, with doors and windows installed on the 3-meter-long southern wall. Electrical wiring (including outlets and lighting fixtures) is detailed in the attached site plan and the color-steel house style photos.

Bidding Instructions

1. Contracting Method: All work—including labor, materials, transportation, and installation—is fully covered under the contract.

2. Quality Standards

All items are qualified and meet the company's construction requirements.

3. Scope of the Tender

Including the design plans, construction plans, and tender quotations for all elements covered in Project 1 and Project 2.

4. The company will conduct a centralized on-site inspection from March 15 to March 20. Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you are interested in participating, please deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure the tender is sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on March 20. Bidding Requirements

1. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

Quote breakdown: Includes everything according to construction requirements and the provided list.

Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard invoice is sufficient). All quoted prices are inclusive of taxes.

Payment Terms: 30% of the contract value will be paid upon delivery of goods to the site. The remaining 95% of the final settlement amount will be disbursed after full installation and acceptance inspection are completed and approved. The last 5% will serve as a warranty deposit, released one year post-acceptance provided no quality issues arise during that period.

2. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within two months from the date of contract signing after the bidding process is finalized.

3. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

Bidding Method

Our company will publish the tender documents on the Leshou Group official WeChat account on March 14, 2023. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by March 20, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session for Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1.
