1. Project Name: Replacement of FRP Roofs for Le Shou Duck Farm's Wastewater Collection and Aeration Pools.

2. This tender is for the construction of new fiberglass roofs to replace the existing ones on the company’s Leshou Duck Farm’s wastewater collection and aeration ponds, following the company’s established bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

(1) Leshou Duck Farming Nanhetou Branch

North Wastewater Treatment Plant Sewage Collection Pool: Approximately 18 meters long from east to west (divided into 3 compartments, with a central partition wall 1 meter lower than the surrounding walls), and 16 meters wide from north to south. A roof cover has been installed over this collection pool, along with connections for exhaust vents.

(2) Leshou Duck Farm Guozhuang Branch

Wastewater collection tank: Approximately 30 meters long from east to west (divided into 3 compartments, with a central partition wall 1 meter lower than the surrounding walls), and 11 meters wide from north to south. A roof has been installed over this tank, but currently, there are no exhaust vents connected.

Bidding Instructions

1. Contracting Method:

The bidder will design the construction plan according to the overall requirements of the project owner, prepare the construction plan based on the design, and then compile a bid quotation that covers both labor and materials for this proposed solution.

2. Quality Standards

All comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance standards, meeting quality requirements of "qualified" or higher.

3. Scope of the Tender

Including the design plans, construction plans, and bid quotations for all elements covered under the first construction item.

4. Bidding Principles: Design for practicality, economy, and aesthetics; ensure corrosion resistance, wind-pressure resistance, snow-load capacity, and long service life. The construction plan must be both reasonable and feasible, with a competitive and appropriate price quote.

5. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from March 9 to March 15. Please arrange your visit during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, kindly deliver or mail your bid documents (ensure they are sealed) to the company by 6:00 PM on March 15. Bidding Requirements

1. Breakdown of the quotation, pricing method, and payment terms

The quotation includes tax; bidders are responsible for preparing their own detailed price lists.

Payment Terms: 30% of the project amount will be paid after construction begins at the factory. Once the work is completed and passes inspection, the client will conduct a one-month trial period. If no quality issues arise during this time, the final payment will be settled based on actual measurements. An invoice covering the full settlement amount will then be issued, and 65% of the total settlement price will be paid. The remaining 5% will be disbursed after the one-year warranty period has ended, provided there are no outstanding issues.

2. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within one month from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.

3. Evaluation Criteria:

A. The materials, specifications, and models used in the plan are clearly defined, with a structure that is both reasonable, safe, and practical.

B. The construction plan is well-organized, with quality and progress under control, and safety measures fully in place.

C. The bid price is reasonable and offers excellent value for money.

D. Maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and effectively.

4. Award Method: The winning bid will be the one with the most favorable proposal after evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the contract, the bidding company must sign the contracting agreement (or protocol).

Bidding Method

Our company will publish the tender documents on March 9, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other required materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by March 15, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation meeting to take place at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1.
