1. Project Name: Construction of New Leshou Duck Farming and Tongda Feed Raw Material Bulk Partition

2. This tender is for the construction of new bulk material partitions at Leshou Duck Farm and Tongda Feed Raw Materials facility, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of the Tender

Le Shou Duck Industry Feed Branch plans to construct five bulk material silos in the northern part of the raw-material warehouse, requiring the installation of five steel plate partition walls. Each partition wall will be 14 meters long and 3 meters high, supported by two H-shaped steel columns (No. 16 I-beam, dimensions 160×88×6×9.9 mm, made from Q235 steel). The spacing between the steel columns will be 5 meters, 5 meters, and 4 meters, respectively. At the base, each column will be securely anchored to the ground using high-strength bolts, while the top of the columns will connect directly to the roof truss beams. Steel plates will be welded horizontally between the columns to form the partition walls.

Tongda Feed plans to construct three bulk material silos in the southeast corner of the raw-material workshop. This will require building three steel plate partition walls, each measuring 15 meters in length and 3 meters in height. Additionally, three H-shaped steel columns (No. 16 I-beams, 160x88x6x9.9 mm, made of Q235 steel) will be installed, with each column standing 4.0 meters tall. The columns will be buried 1 meter underground, with excavation dimensions of 0.6m x 0.6m x 1.0m, subsequently backfilled and poured with C30 concrete. Steel plates will then be welded between the columns to form the partition walls.

II. The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from March 1 to March 3 at the company premises. Please take advantage of this period to review the site and prepare your bidding documents. If you intend to participate, kindly deliver or mail your sealed bid documents to the company by 6:00 PM on March 3. Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting Method: All equipment and engineering work will be provided on a turnkey basis, including materials, transportation, and installation.

2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.

3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the scope of construction.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

Quote breakdown: Design drawings and the bill of quantities include everything;

Quotation method: The bidder shall provide a quotation according to the tender requirements for this project and issue a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). All quoted prices are inclusive of taxes.

Payment Terms: 95% of the final settlement amount will be paid after the entire installation and construction are completed and pass acceptance inspection. The remaining 5% will be held as a warranty deposit and released one year after acceptance, provided there are no quality issues during that period.

5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within 20 days from the date the construction contract is signed after the bidding process is finalized.

6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the contract (agreement).

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on March 1, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. Bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our company by March 3, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023, in Conference Room No. 1.
