Any violation of these regulations will result in penalties imposed by the company (with deductions made from the final freight payment).
7. Bidding companies must ensure their drivers operate vehicles safely and adhere to professional ethics. If, during transportation, accidents or breakdowns occur—resulting in damage or loss of feed—the bidding company shall be fully responsible for compensating the resulting financial losses, with deductions first made directly from the security deposit. Any remaining shortfall will be covered by the bidding company.
8. Any vehicle accidents occurring during transportation that result in personal injury or death, as well as cargo losses caused by quality issues—such as moisture damage due to rainy weather—due to poor management by the bidding company, shall be the sole responsibility of the bidding company.
