2. Model: Kawasaki CP180-3200; Maximum working range: 3,200 mm; Maximum payload: 180 kg; Positional repeatability: ±0.5 mm; Number of axes: 4.
Maximum handling capacity: Approximately 1,000 packages per hour with dual grippers;
Electrical Control: Schneider Electric components, Siemens panels and PLCs; Festo solenoid valves, photoelectric sensors, and Omron devices.

Bidding Requirements
Quotation breakdown: Meets all the technical specifications outlined above;
Quotation method: Bidders shall submit their quotes according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is acceptable). The quoted price shall include taxes, shipping costs, and expenses for installation and commissioning, among other fees.
Payment Terms: The quoted price includes taxes. Payment will be made as follows: a 30% advance upon signing the contract, another 30% upon issuance of the invoice after equipment arrives at the factory, and the remaining 35% of the contract value after the equipment is installed, put into operation without any quality issues, and an invoice has been issued. The final 5% will be paid once the one-year warranty period has expired.
5. Time Requirement: Installation must be completed within 20 days after the contract is signed.
6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder shall sign the procurement and construction contract (agreement).

1. Business license and relevant qualification documents, along with company profile, achievements, and other supporting materials.
2. The bid quotation list, confirmed by the bidder’s signature (the company’s list shall prevail; if there are optimized solutions, please prepare a separate quotation table).
3. Customized scheme design, construction organization plans, and more tailored for this project.
Bid opening time and location
Our company will publish the tender documents on the official website of Leshou Group on February 4, 2024. All bidding companies are requested to submit one original and two copies of their bids—sealed according to the tender document requirements—either in person or by mail to the following address by February 15, 2024: Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Tender Procurement Office (located on the third floor of the Administration Department), No. 7 Lizhong Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.
