Bidding Method
Public Tender
1. Contracting method: Turnkey contract—labor and materials included.
2. Quality Standards: All items must comply with current national or industry design codes and construction acceptance criteria, meeting or exceeding quality standards.

4. Quotation Method, Payment Terms, and Settlement Procedures
Quotation method: The bidder shall prepare the construction plan based on the drawings and independently compile the bill of quantities accordingly. A formal invoice must be issued, and the quoted price will include taxes.
5. Construction Schedule Requirements
Construction will begin on March 15, 2024, and is scheduled for completion by September 15, 2024—totaling 180 calendar days.
Winning the bid with a reasonable and low price
Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the bid, the winning bidder must sign the contract (agreement).
Quotation provides supporting documents
1. Bidders must possess a Grade-III or higher Construction Engineering General Contracting Qualification, or a Grade-B or higher Construction Engineering General Contracting Qualification issued by the competent construction administrative authority. They must also hold a valid Enterprise Safety Production License issued by the relevant construction administrative department and demonstrate adequate capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
2. The project manager must hold a Grade II or higher Registered Construction Engineer qualification in the field of architectural engineering (excluding temporary qualifications; the registration unit must be the bidder), possess a valid Certificate of Competence in Safety Production, and must not be currently involved in any other ongoing construction projects.

4. Bidding companies shall independently prepare the bid quotation list according to the drawings and bidding instructions, and the quotation list must be signed and approved by the bidding company. The bid quotation list must include: (total bid price; quotation notes; total price schedule for engineering projects; summary table of individual project costs; summary table of unit project costs; quantity takeoff and pricing schedule for each sub-item of work; quantity takeoff and pricing schedule for unit-price measure items; quantity takeoff and pricing schedule for lump-sum measure items; quantity takeoff and pricing schedule for other items; detailed breakdown of provisional sums; provisional estimate schedule; detailed list of major materials and equipment; comprehensive unit price analysis table for each sub-item of work; comprehensive unit price analysis table for unit-price measure items; comprehensive unit price analysis table for lump-sum measure items; and a summary table calculating the input VAT amount.)
Bid opening time and location
Our company will publish the tender documents on January 12, 2024, via the official WeChat accounts of Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry. All bidding companies are requested to submit one original and two copies of their bids—carefully sealed according to the tender document requirements (ensure the contact name and phone number are clearly written on the sealed envelope)—either in person or by mail to the following address by January 25, 2024:
