2. This tender is for the procurement of rice husks by Leshou Duck Industry, and will be conducted in accordance with the "Supplier Management System." Bidding Content and Quality
1. Tender Project: Rice husks, bagged, with an annual procurement volume of approximately 4,000 tons, subject to actual purchase amounts.
2. The rice husks provided by the supplier must be golden yellow, dry, and clean—free from mold, spoilage, clumps, or foreign objects—and should have a normal, odorless aroma.
3. The supplier shall provide packaging materials (woven bags), which must meet the buyer’s hygiene requirements. The woven bags should be of appropriate size, with each bag containing rice husks weighing no more than 17.5 kg.
4. Transport vehicles must comply with the buyer's hygiene requirements.

Collaboration Model
1. After the contract is awarded, the supplier shall transport the goods to Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. (located east of Yechang Village, Duancun Town, Xian County; south of Zita Village, Beizi Town, Xian County; east of Xiaomeizhuang Village; northwest of Xiaomeizhuang Village; and in Dawangzhuang Village and Huozhuang Village, Chenzhuang Town) at the agreed-upon time as per the company’s notification. The supplier will be responsible for covering both transportation costs and loading/unloading expenses.
2. Payment terms to be mutually agreed upon by both parties;
3. Bid opening time and location
Our company will publish the tender documents on January 4, 2024, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or via mail—to our office by January 11, 2024, as specified in the tender documents. The company will conduct the comprehensive on-site bid opening and evaluation meeting on Friday, January 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1.
