Project Name and Tender Description

1. Project Name: Leshou Duck Industry Nanhetou Branch, Second Workshop – Cold Storage Renovation and Upgrade Project.

2. This tender is for the cold storage renovation and upgrade project of Workshop No. 2 at the Nanhetou Branch of Leshou Duck Industry. The bidding process will follow the company’s established procurement procedures, and the winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.

 
 
 
 

Bidding Details

(1) Construction Plan

1. Renovate the chiller room

Remove the roof sections of the existing No. 4 Finished Goods Warehouse (7.5m x 24m) and No. 5 Finished Goods Warehouse (7.5m x 24m), and install a refrigeration unit (with evaporative cooling equipment mounted on the roof of No. 5 Finished Goods Warehouse). After winning the bid, submit a civil engineering renovation plan and detailed construction drawings. (Refer to the schematic diagram for more details.)

2. Workshop 2's No. 1 and No. 2 finished goods warehouses will be converted into fan-powered quick-freezing chambers.

Demolish the roof structures of the existing Finished Goods Warehouse No. 1 (21.5m x 19.5m) and No. 2 (21.5m x 19.5m), then convert Warehouse No. 1 into 8 high-speed freezer rooms equipped with fans, and Warehouse No. 2 into another 8 fan-powered quick-freezing chambers. Each freezer room must reach a temperature of -35°C within 5 hours. (Refer to the detailed plan drawings for more information.)

3. Workshop 2's No. 3 finished-product warehouse has been converted into three rack-type quick-freezing units.

Demolish the existing No. 3 top row of the finished-product warehouse in Workshop No. 2 (21.5 m × 19.5 m), and convert the currently used No. 3 finished-product warehouse (21.5 m × 10.5 m) into three tube-type quick-freezing chambers, with a 20 cm spacing between each tube. The quick-freezing chambers must reduce their temperature to -35°C within 5 hours. (Refer to the detailed plan diagram for more information.)

4. The refrigeration equipment in the chiller room meets the cooling requirements for the 16 fan-type blast freezers installed after the renovation of Finished Product Warehouse No. 1 and No. 2 in Workshop No. 2, as well as the 3 fin-tube blast freezers added to the renovated Finished Product Warehouse No. 3 in Workshop No. 2.

(II) Bidding Requirements

1. This tender includes two options: fluorocarbon-based and ammonia-based refrigeration units, along with detailed equipment lists and complementary systems. The bid price must cover the costs of major equipment, as well as procurement, transportation, and installation of all associated components—including fluorocarbons or ammonia fluids. The winning bidder will be responsible for handling all necessary procedures, such as notifying authorities about equipment installation and obtaining usage permits. The project owner will not incur any additional expenses related to these processes.

2. The bidding proposal requires submission of a civil engineering renovation plan and cost estimate;

3. This project requires all bidding manufacturers to conduct a site survey and ensure safe construction practices before submitting their bids; bidding companies must also hold relevant qualifications for refrigeration equipment installation.

Bidding Requirements

1. Quotation breakdown: Includes all the technical specifications and parameters mentioned above;

2. Pricing Method: Bidders shall submit their quotes according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is acceptable). The quoted price shall be inclusive of taxes.

3. Payment Method: The quoted price includes taxes; the payment method will be determined through mutual agreement between both parties.

4. Time Requirement: Installation and debugging must be completed within 30 days after the contract is signed.

5. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.

Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the bid, the winning bidder must sign the procurement contract (agreement).

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on December 26, 2023, via the official WeChat accounts of Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry. All bidding companies are requested to submit one original and two copies of their bids—carefully sealed according to the tender document instructions (ensure the contact name and phone number are clearly written on the sealed envelope)—either in person or by mail to the following address by January 8, 2023: Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Tender Procurement Office, 3rd Floor, Administrative Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.
