This project requires an on-site inspection, and based on the findings from the inspection, bidding companies will submit a detailed material list along with their respective quotes.

2. Pricing Method: Bidders shall submit their quotes according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). All quoted prices are inclusive of taxes.
3. Payment Method: The quoted price includes taxes, and the payment method will be determined through mutual agreement between both parties.
4. Time requirement: Installation must be completed within 20 days after the contract is signed.
5. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days of being awarded the bid, the winning bidder must sign the procurement contract (agreement).

Our company will publish the tender documents on December 19, 2023, on the official websites of Leshou Group and Leshou Duck Industry. All bidding companies are requested to submit one original and two copies of their bids—sealed according to the tender document specifications—either in person or by mail to the following address by December 25, 2023: Leshou Agricultural & Animal Husbandry Group Tender Procurement Office, 3rd Floor, Administrative Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.
