1. Project Name: Installation Project for Waste Gas Treatment Facilities at Leshou Duck Farm's Qiantun Breeding Site.
2. This tender is for the construction of waste gas treatment facilities at Leshou Duck Farm's Qiantun Breeding Site, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will sign a formal construction contract with the company.
3. Scope of the Tender
Collect major equipment including pipelines, elbows, reducers, fans, water scrubbing spray towers, bio-deodorization spray towers, odor-control machine piping, electrical control cabinets, and the odor treatment room. Detailed process flow diagrams and engineering sketches are provided in Attachment One. Attachment 1.docx
3.1 Design Principles
1. Choose a technical approach that guarantees effective governance; strictly enforce national environmental protection regulations, and implement advanced, efficient, proven, and reliable treatment processes to ensure that the treated exhaust gases meet both national and local standards.
2. Process design and equipment selection should allow for significant flexibility and adjustment capabilities during production operations, ensuring compliance with emission standards.
4. During the operation of the purification equipment, it ensures ease of operation and management, facilitates maintenance, and helps reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
3.2 Basic Design Requirements:
To meet process requirements and ensure maximum treatment of exhaust gases:
The height of the exhaust stack must be no less than 15 meters, and the diameter of the stack should be matched according to the fan's air discharge capacity.
Technical Support and Cooperation: The supplier provides lifelong technical support for the equipment and shares access to spare parts. In case of a malfunction during operation, we commit to responding within 8 hours and arriving on-site within 24 hours to resolve the issue promptly.
Based on the actual site conditions, the designed airflow should be reasonably set at 120% of the maximum airflow requirement.

3.3 Process Flow Description
1. Waste gas is collected through a collection system, then transported via pipelines to the waste gas treatment room for processing. After treatment, it is discharged through a chimney.
2. Implement organized emission processes in the solar fermentation shed and wastewater treatment area.
3. The waste gas is treated using a combination of exhaust gas collection, water scrubbing with spray, microbial odor-removal spraying, and high-altitude emission. The microbial spray equipment and the exhaust gas collection system generate no secondary pollution.
Bidding Instructions
This project requires an on-site inspection, and based on the findings from the inspection, bidding companies will submit a detailed design proposal along with a quotation for the equipment list.

Bidding Requirements
1. Quotation breakdown: Meets all the technical specifications and parameters outlined above;
2. Pricing Method: Bidders shall submit their quotes according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is acceptable). The quoted price shall be inclusive of taxes.
3. Payment Terms: The quoted price includes taxes. Payment will be made as follows: 95% of the contract value upon completion of equipment installation, provided the company confirms no quality issues and an official full-invoice has been issued. The remaining 5% will be paid after the one-year warranty period expires.
4. Time requirement: Installation must be completed within 20 days after the contract is signed.
5. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.
Note: Within 3 days after winning the bid, the successful bidder must sign the procurement contract (agreement).
