For a business to thrive, it must have its own "soul"—a core identity that stems from its unique culture. Business growth is like rowing upstream: if you don’t keep moving forward, you’ll inevitably drift backward. That’s why continuous innovation is essential—only through innovation can businesses truly evolve and succeed. To stay ahead, companies must challenge conventional thinking, leverage the power of the internet as a strategic tool, and constantly adapt to the demands of the new era.

Enterprise representatives raised their own questions: How can businesses thrive amid the global economic downturn? How should they transform their existing business models, and how can they achieve higher-quality, upgraded growth?

Chairman Shi Jin Liu of Misa Belle said, "For a company to thrive, it must have its own unique 'soul'—and that soul is deeply rooted in the company's culture. Business development is like rowing upstream: if you don’t keep moving forward, you’ll inevitably drift backward. To sustain growth, continuous innovation is essential—after all, only through innovation can businesses truly evolve. We must challenge conventional thinking, leverage the power of the internet as a strategic tool, and constantly adapt to the demands of the new era."

Advisor Shi Yanan from the Striving Academy stated that the academy currently has over 100 mentor companies spanning diverse industries and fields. Our goal is to empower more businesses by fostering connections among entrepreneurs, ultimately creating a collaborative platform where companies can thrive together through mutual cooperation and win-win partnerships.
