On May 26, 2018, Tang Bingbing, Deputy Secretary of the Chengguan District Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor of Lhasa City, along with Gongga Zhuoma, Director of the Chengguan District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and their delegation, visited and inspected Le Shou Group for guidance.
Accompanied by Ren Zhanxu, Chairman of the Xian County CPPCC; Wang Xigang, Vice Mayor of the Xian County Government; Gao Xijun, Chief Advisor of Leshou Group; and Zhong Jinghong, President of the Group, they toured the company’s key facilities—including Leshou Duck Industry’s Halal processing plant, the hatchery, the Letong workshop under the Group’s Feed Division, and the Testing Center—before gathering for a discussion in Conference Room No. 2 of the Group’s office building.
During the symposium, Secretary Tang emphasized that this visit was driven by the original intention of learning and gaining firsthand insights. He personally witnessed the current state of industrial development at Leshou Group, noting that the company truly lives up to its reputation as a leading agricultural enterprise. It has effectively empowered local farmers to boost their incomes and improve their livelihoods—allowing them to stay rooted in their hometowns while continuing to work the land. Moreover, Lhasa’s Chengguan District has emerged as an ideal hub for the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. The local government is fully committed to providing robust support, ensuring seamless coordination and service infrastructure to facilitate the successful implementation and early realization of tangible benefits from the Leshou project.
Secretary Tang also expressed his hope to leverage Tibet’s naturally advantageous environment—characterized by "clean skies, clean water, clean soil, and a peaceful mind"—to connect the region with the mainland through the Leshou platform, enabling Tibetan agricultural and pastoral products to reach wider markets. Additionally, a new investment promotion policy will be unveiled by the end of June 2018, at which time Leshou Group will benefit from preferential measures, particularly in areas such as taxation, technological innovation, and talent recruitment.
Chairman Ren highlighted that, after more than 20 years of development, Leshou Group has consistently upheld its corporate culture—rooted in "being honest and upright as individuals, and working diligently"—a philosophy that has deeply resonated with employees. Over the years, Leshou Group has maintained steady growth, steadily expanding and strengthening its presence. In the past two years, the company has entered a phase of rapid expansion and development, adopting an outward-facing strategy by establishing operations in Lhasa’s Chengguan District. This move aligns perfectly with the natural trajectory of corporate growth, enabling Leshou to effectively reorganize and leverage societal resources.
Moreover, the group places great emphasis on cultivating, attracting, and nurturing talent from diverse backgrounds, firmly embracing a talent strategy characterized by "openness, inclusivity, and competitive collaboration." Recognizing that without talented individuals, a company risks losing its intrinsic momentum, Leshou has successfully drawn in a remarkable pool of top-tier professionals from across society.
Finally, Chairman Ren expressed hope that Leshou Group will continue to receive robust support and assistance from the Chengguan District government in Tibet, paving the way for Leshou Foods to take deep root, flourish, and ultimately bear fruit in the region.
