Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. plans to launch an open tender for the procurement and installation of cooling equipment for the chilled water system in the duck carcass slaughtering workshop at the Nanhetou facility. The cooling technology will utilize air-source heat pumps, with materials specified as high-quality, branded refrigeration units. Additionally, circulation pumps from the Southern Pump Industry brand will be used, and the circulating water pipes will be made of hot-dip galvanized steel tubing. Usage requirement: Processing capacity of Workshop No. 1 12 tons, Workshop No. 2 processes 16 tons of water, and Workshop No. 3 processes… 22 Tons, requiring the water temperature in the pool to drop from room temperature to Within 18°C, the project must be completed within one month from the date of contract signing. The quality standard requires that equipment and piping installations meet current national construction and acceptance criteria, as well as fully satisfy the client's operational needs. Bidding companies are required to conduct their own site surveys and, based on the company’s requirements and the site’s terrain, independently design the construction plan and prepare equipment quotations. The bid price must cover all costs, including the purchase, transportation, lifting, and installation of the refrigeration units; the procurement and installation of piping, pumps, distribution boxes, cables, signal lines, and other related components; as well as expenses for wall opening/cutting, waste removal, equipment installation, and any necessary demolition or renovation work.
