I. Project Name and Tender Description

1 Project Name: Bidding for Ground-Source Heat Pump System – Hebei Branch, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd.

2 This tender is for the company’s geothermal heat pump project and will be conducted in accordance with the company’s procurement bidding system. The equipment supplier selected through the bidding process will then sign a formal procurement and construction contract with the company.

3 , Procurement Details, Bidding Requirements

Tender requirements for the geothermal heat pump system and heating/air conditioning renovation of the Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group's office building: Construction schedule requirements: 2022 Year 5 Month 1 Day ------2022 Year 6 Month 1 Day

Quality standards: Equipment and piping installations must meet current national construction and acceptance criteria, with the office building maintaining a summer cooling temperature no higher than 20 Celsius, with winter heating no lower than 22 Celsius.

Material requirement: Use a single pipe for the vertical buried tubes of the heat exchanger. U Plate heat exchanger, with tubing made of PE100 High-density polyethylene pipes, raw material pipes, as well as all other well pipes, connecting pipes, and crossing pipes are made entirely of this material. PE Pipe—raw material pipe—with a pressure-bearing capacity of 1.6Mpa , the ground-source circulating pump is selected from the Southern Pump Industry brand.

4.1 Preparing the bidding documents

4.5 Number of copies and signing of the bidding documents

The bid documents should be submitted in duplicate, with one original and one copy. In case of any discrepancies between the original and the copy, the original document shall prevail.

Attachment 1： Bidding Requirements for Heating and Air Conditioning Renovation of Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Office Building

1、 Bidding companies shall independently design and provide quotations based on the requirements of the "Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Office Building Heating and Air Conditioning Renovation Plan," as well as the site’s existing terrain.

2、 The bid price includes all costs associated with completing this construction project—such as ground cutting, waste removal, earth excavation and backfilling, well drilling, pipeline installation, sump pit construction, pipeline crossings, as well as equipment installation and renovation—and covers every aspect of labor, machinery, materials, management fees, site-specific measures, profit, and taxes.

3、 Bid-winning method: After evaluation by the Bid Evaluation Committee, the contract was awarded to the bidder offering the most reasonable and lowest price.

4、 Payment Method: Upon completion of the project and acceptance by Party A, and after Party B provides the full invoice for the total project cost, Party A will make payment to Party B. 95% Construction payment, representing the remaining portion of the total project cost 5% As a warranty deposit, it will be fully paid two years after Party A approves the acceptance, provided there are no quality issues during this period.

5、 The warranty period is two years, during which any quality issues will be repaired and maintained free of charge.

6 Other: Bidding companies are responsible for conducting their own site surveys. Upon completion of construction, they will provide as-built drawings and relevant visual documentation. Additionally, they will supply user manuals and undertake training for on-site operators.

 

Attachment 2 : Comprehensive Renovation Plan for Heating and Air Conditioning in Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Office Building

Ground-source heat pump: buried pipe installation (well-point layout), collection pipe laying, sump well installation, main pipeline crossing into the machine room, and machine room renovation.

1 • Well site selection (see the diagram below for details):

From the sump well, cross to the southern edge of the wellpoint layout, then head north toward the machine room and enter the facility.

3 • Data center renovation:

Utilize the existing heat pump units, remove the original water-source equipment, and install a ground-source circulation pump along with the corresponding配套 piping components.
