On February 24, 2022, Li Zhiyi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee, Minister of Organization, and Minister of United Front Work, visited Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. for an inspection and research visit. Accompanying him were Liu Jian, Director of the Office of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department; Wang Chunxiang, Director of the Research Office; Ma Changyong, Head of the Ethnic and Religious Section of the Municipal United Front Work Department; Liu Hongrong, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee; and Dai Hui, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work.

Qin Wen'an, Executive President of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group and General Manager of Leshou Duck Industry, briefed the leadership on the company's current scale, business model, the "Five Unifications" farming approach, and how Party building is driving the company's growth.

At the symposium, Leaders have praised the company's approach to poverty alleviation through its "Five Unifications" farming model, highlighting its commitment to corporate social responsibility. They encouraged the company to remain steadfast in its growth ambitions, seize emerging opportunities, refine and enhance its products, and continuously strengthen its overall competitiveness—ultimately enabling the business to make meaningful contributions to economic and social development. Additionally, they urged the company to actively attract talented individuals, including managerial staff and key business professionals, to serve as exemplary Party members and pioneers within the organization. By fully leveraging the guiding role of Party building, these leaders emphasized that such efforts will play a vital, leading role in driving the company toward high-quality, sustainable growth.
