As the Spring Festival approaches, to enhance communication, collaboration, and teamwork among employees, boost their year-end motivation, strengthen the company’s sense of unity and collective spirit, and further advance the development of our corporate culture, the company has organized a special "dumpling-making" dinner event for all staff in celebration of the upcoming New Year. This activity not only reflects LeShou Company’s heartfelt care for its employees but also ensures that workers still busy with overtime can enjoy a warm, delicious meal of freshly prepared dumplings on the eve of the Spring Festival.
Early in the morning, our company’s logistics team members efficiently organized their tasks and eagerly joined this special activity. They brought along their own tools—like rolling pins, dough covers, and work surfaces—and even the cafeteria staff had prepared the filling and dough ahead of time. Everyone was excited to give it a try, showcasing their unique skills as they went. Those who weren’t confident in their folding techniques were quick to ask for guidance, yet soon enough, they too managed to shape perfect little dumplings. Thanks to everyone’s participation, the otherwise solitary process of making dumplings suddenly felt much more lively and fun. One by one, the dumplings took form under everyone’s skilled hands—whether plump and generously filled from the guys’ creations or neat and adorable from the ladies’ efforts. And before long, the table was beautifully adorned with an array of colorful, handcrafted dumplings, each one a delightful masterpiece!
After the general manager wrapped up the tasks at hand, they joined the team making dumplings.

After a morning of hard work, our workshop colleagues can’t wait to give the dumplings a taste—literally! The first batch of steaming, mouthwatering, freshly made big-dumpling dumplings is ready—and everyone is absolutely enjoying them!
This time, the company's dumpling-making event saw enthusiastic participation from everyone, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere. Not only did it strengthen bonds among colleagues from different departments, but it also provided a perfect balance of work and relaxation, helping employees feel more refreshed and ready to dive into their tasks with renewed focus and motivation.
In 2021, despite the challenging and recurring pandemic situation, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group’s Feed Division still achieved an impressive annual feed sales volume of 240,000 tons. This remarkable accomplishment was made possible by the leadership’s wise decision-making and the dedicated, tireless efforts of every employee—working overtime to ensure success. After all, it’s only through a highly skilled and cohesive team that we can embody the "Liangjian" spirit—daring to tackle even the most impossible tasks. The achievements of 2021 will serve as a fresh starting point for our work in 2022, when we set an even loftier goal: aiming to reach annual sales of 300,000 tons. In 2022, we at Leshou will unite as one, collaborating closely and wholeheartedly to continue delivering premium-quality feed to our customers. Together with our valued partners, we’ll strive relentlessly toward the ambitious 300,000-ton sales target, working hand in hand to grow and strengthen the entire livestock industry.
