During the winter and spring seasons, migratory birds frequently travel across regions, increasing the risk of spreading avian influenza viruses. Recently, several countries have experienced severe outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza, posing a significant threat to China's poultry farming industry. To effectively control and prevent the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza, our center has assembled a team of experts who have drafted the "Technical Guidance for Preventing and Controlling Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza During Winter and Spring." This document is now being distributed to you for your reference.
