Life is like a journey—because of the beautiful scenery along the way, we pause and wander. Or perhaps life is more like a train moving steadily forward, with continuous stops that invite us to come and go. Entering Leshou marks the start of a new chapter in my life, kicking off this exciting new "station." I’m truly fortunate to have joined the warm, welcoming family of Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group. And I’m incredibly grateful to have met leaders who care deeply for us, as well as colleagues who are so kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely lovely.
Upon joining Leshou, I became a member of the Warehouse Department. During my time here, I’ve deeply felt the pride and sense of mission that our strong team spirit has brought me. The leadership’s relentless pursuit of excellence in every task, along with my colleagues’ dedicated, responsible, and harmonious work attitude—these qualities have made me realize that choosing to be part of Leshou was absolutely the right decision. Under the guidance of our leaders, everyone has been working together seamlessly, undeterred by challenges or fatigue. We’ve consistently upheld the company’s core values: staying true to our principles while approaching tasks with diligence and integrity. There have been moments when we worked overtime tirelessly to ensure smooth production—and even stayed late to safeguard the night shift, determined not to let grain shortages disrupt operations. We’ve also faced tough situations, like meticulously investigating why dozens of kilograms of raw materials ended up being lost, leaving no stone unturned in our quest for answers. And there was the time we spent scouring every corner of the production facilities just to locate a single missing belt pulley—though it was exhausting and often led to heated discussions, I knew deep down that everyone was driven by a shared commitment to perfection and a desire to minimize waste and inefficiency. As a warehouse manager, I’m proud to contribute my part in helping the company cut costs, boost efficiency, and optimize resources—while simultaneously expanding revenue streams. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my efforts directly align with the organization’s goals and help us achieve greater success. Being part of this incredible team fills me with immense pride, and I’m confident that this sense of accomplishment will fuel my enthusiasm and dedication as I continue to tackle new challenges ahead.
In this warm and supportive family environment, I’m determined to work even harder and master my current role with greater proficiency. The company’s people-oriented and highly organized management style has also made me feel more confident and capable in handling my responsibilities. I firmly believe that attitude truly shapes everything—after all, successful individuals always lead their lives by embracing the most proactive mindset and maintaining an optimistic spirit. As I embark on this new chapter at Leshou, I’m eager to contribute my best efforts, striving to unlock my full potential and help build Leshou into a true "Gold Medal Leshou" through dedicated hard work. I’ve been with Leshou Duck Farm for several months now, and although it hasn’t been long, everything I’ve seen, heard, and felt here has made me realize that joining this company was the best decision I could have made.
Although I’ve gained some work experience from previous roles, stepping into this new company still comes with a bit of pressure—especially as a newcomer. To quickly adapt to the workplace and get into the swing of things, I’m taking it one step at a time every day: observing carefully, listening attentively, and actively seeking to learn. Whenever challenges arise, I don’t hesitate to reach out to my colleagues for guidance. At the same time, I’m diligently mastering the specialized knowledge required for my role, constantly striving to elevate my professional skills. In just a few short months, I’ve already seen remarkable growth. From being an unfamiliar face who knew little about the company, I’ve now become proficient in handling various tasks with ease. What once felt overwhelming—leaving me feeling disorganized and anxious—has now transformed into confidence and efficiency. Today, I feel increasingly capable and ready to tackle the responsibilities that come my way.
Warehouse work is inherently meticulous—every day, I arrive early to cover my shift and leave late to oversee storage. In between, even seemingly minor issues like loading problems or discrepancies in finished-product checks quickly become major concerns for me. I meticulously review each detail, determined to uncover the truth behind every puzzle. And through my persistent efforts, I’ve managed to unravel one mystery after another, ensuring that our records match reality, accounts align with each other, and, most importantly, allowing data to truly deliver its intended value.
I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the leaders, colleagues, and staff who have supported me during this time. I’m truly grateful to have joined such a united and harmonious team—because of their patient guidance, kindness, and understanding, I’ve been able to integrate more quickly into this vibrant environment.
In my future work, I will continue to maintain a positive and energetic attitude, approach each task with enthusiasm, remain dedicated to my role, uphold high standards for myself, adapt to the company’s growth, and diligently complete every assignment.
