Standardized construction—we're on the journey.
To accelerate the group's rapid growth and swiftly achieve its development goals, Leshou Group has intensified efforts to build its "Four Modernizations and Four Systems" framework. ("Four Modernizations" refer to standardization, informatization, digitalization, and automation—or intelligentization—while "Four Systems" encompass the technology system, quality system, production system, and marketing system). With strong support from group leadership and all business units, the Corporate Management Department has adopted a "small steps, fast progress" approach, striving for steady, efficient implementation that delivers tangible results.
Recently, as part of the aggressively promoted digitalization and informatization initiatives, the Corporate Management Department has established its own IT team. Collaborating closely with business units to align with their specific needs and management requirements, the team has engaged in multiple on-site discussions and exchanges with software and hardware companies. As a result, several projects now boast well-developed implementation plans and have been added to the group’s project portfolio, awaiting the go-ahead for execution. Notably, some of these ongoing projects are already beginning to yield tangible results.
By successfully integrating Fanruan with the ERP system, we’ve streamlined the daily reporting process—long a manual, time-consuming task across several business units. At LeTong Feed, TongDa Feed, and Duck Industry Feed subsidiaries, the weighbridge systems have already been seamlessly connected to the ERP system for automated data retrieval. Meanwhile, preliminary work on integrating production ingredient systems with the ERP platform is nearly complete, with the dedicated team led by Zhang Bao from the Information Data Division and Feng Jia from the Strategic Operations Division actively driving the initiative forward! Additionally, numerous other projects—including the unmanned weighbridge system, smart farming solution, automated counting system for slaughter and meat-cutting lines, barcode-based warehouse management system, and fully automated packaging line—are now backed by concrete, actionable plans ready for implementation.
Take the weighbridge integration system as an example—formerly, the workflow was extremely cumbersome. Every day, whether it was for incoming purchases or outgoing sales, each document had to be printed directly from the weighbridge, then manually collected by warehouse staff and entered into the system one by one. Now, thanks to the integration, the system can automatically pull weighbridge data, eliminating the need for printing and manual data entry altogether. This not only saves time and effort but also boosts efficiency. Currently, based on the demonstration results, the system is still undergoing further refinements.
In the ongoing drive to advance digital transformation, our goal will be to reduce costs, boost efficiency, and enhance accuracy as we build out the group’s various IT systems—moving steadily toward the company’s vision of intelligent operations! For instance, unmanned weighbridge operations will enable seamless and efficient access control via a single factory-entry card. Meanwhile, smart farming initiatives will create a convenient bridge between drivers, farmers, and the company, laying the groundwork for rapid, mutual responses while delivering more efficient, high-quality services—and ultimately elevating the overall customer experience.
In this era of fierce competition and big-data leadership, corporate growth is inevitably tied to information technology and digital transformation. Moving forward, the Corporate Management Department will dedicate itself fully to fulfilling all tasks assigned by the Group, accelerating the pace of our IT initiatives—and ultimately helping the Group achieve rapid, large-scale expansion!
