During the symposium, city leaders gained a deeper understanding of how Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group is driving rural revitalization through its industries, fulfilling social responsibilities, and making strides in poverty alleviation through agricultural initiatives as well as creating employment opportunities for farmers. Meanwhile, Chairman Gao Xijun provided a detailed report on the company’s current status, strategic goals, and future development plans.

Following this, Xue Qingsong and his delegation toured the company's production processes, accompanied by Zhang Lei, General Manager of the Slaughterhouse Division. During the visit, Zhang Lei provided a detailed report on various aspects, including the facility’s construction progress, the establishment of the management system, the company’s strengths in technical talent, and its sophisticated lean management approach.

In conclusion, city leaders highly praised the company for its strong role in boosting rural revitalization: "Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group demonstrates remarkable leadership in driving agricultural growth, empowering farmers through its industry initiatives, and spearheading rural development as a flagship enterprise." They also commended the group for its comprehensive, end-to-end industrial chain and offered three targeted pieces of guidance and support to further advance the company’s business strategies.

In terms of farming: As long as the registered farmland isn’t classified as basic agricultural land, local governments offer strong support. Additionally, farmers can apply for financial assistance specifically for hydroelectric and water supply projects. To address funding challenges faced by individual farmers, the government encourages groups of 10 (or even 5) households to jointly apply for bank loans, with the government stepping in to provide much-needed support to these families.

Regarding going public: Companies can leverage a reverse takeover to achieve listing, which offers three key advantages: ① Access to "shell" resources provides a more streamlined path to market entry; ② Secures a reliable source of funding; and ③ Offers benefits in scaling management practices and building a robust management framework.

In terms of boosting rural revitalization: Leading agricultural enterprises driving growth among farmers and spurring rural development can enable companies to rapidly expand horizontally into new segments of the industry. While maintaining a stable foundation in their core slaughtering operations, these firms can swiftly broaden their presence across other lucrative areas of the value chain.

Chairman Gao Xijun stated that, to further accelerate the development of the distinctive advantages of the meat duck industry, help more farmers achieve greater profitability, and contribute significantly to rural revitalization, Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group will uphold a high-quality development philosophy, foster a new development paradigm, and drive the comprehensive growth of Leshou’s green roasted duck坯 (pre-processed duck product) across the entire industry chain. The group is committed to building Leshou into a premier, high-end brand for green roasted duck坯 while rallying the collective strength of its employees to relentlessly pursue the realization of Leshou’s ambitious vision. At the same time, the company will strengthen internal management practices, continuously enhancing workforce productivity, capital efficiency, and market share—ensuring that Leshou not only thrives but also grows stronger—and ultimately delivering even greater value and impact to the local community and society as a whole.

To further accelerate the development of Xianxian County's specialty and advantageous duck industry, the company has constructed a second slaughterhouse facility in Guozhuang Town. Covering 88 acres with a total floor area of 42,739 square meters, the project required a total investment of 150 million yuan. The facility features three production lines: two dedicated to duck segmentation and one for duck carcasses, enabling a daily slaughter capacity of up to 150,000 ducks. With an annual slaughter capacity of 45 million ducks, the company’s overall duck-slaughtering capacity now reaches 62 million ducks per year.
