I. Project Overview
Construction Entity: Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.
Construction details: Partial ventilation project for the meat duck slaughterhouse workshop: Refer to the design drawings for details.
II. Instructions for Bidding
1. Contracting Method:
Under a fixed-price contract, if changes to construction documents such as shop drawings result in variations in the scope of work, the corresponding adjustments—whether increases or decreases—in project costs will be calculated based on the original quantity takeoff. If no direct reference exists in the original pricing, the actual installed quantities will be used instead, applied against the relevant unit rates, and then multiplied by the discount factor provided during bidding to determine the revised contract value.
2. Quality Standards
All are qualified.
3. Scope of the Tender
Includes all contents specified for the following rooms in the construction drawings:
1. Ventilation plan for Zone 1, Level 1 (Warmth & Facilities - 06), detailing the ventilation system for the quick-freezing room and packaging area.
2. Ventilation systems shown on the first-floor ventilation plan of Zone 2 (Warmth & Facilities - 07), including details for the partition room, brush-disk room, data room, byproduct processing area, and evisceration room.
4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms
This project quotation is inclusive of taxes and presented as a detailed bill of quantities. There will be no advance payment or interim payments. Upon successful completion, trial operation, and acceptance of the project, Party A will disburse 80% of the contract value based on the full invoice issued by Party B. Once the final settlement is completed, an additional 95% of the settled amount will be paid. The remaining 5% of the settled price will be held as a warranty deposit, which will be fully refunded—without interest—in one lump sum within 12 months from the date of final acceptance, provided there are no quality issues during this period. 3. Construction Schedule Requirements
July 5, 2021 – August 5, 2021, totaling 31 days )
A penalty of 3,000 yuan will be imposed for each day of construction delay, along with compensation for losses incurred by the equipment manufacturer and the project owner due to the delayed production start.
4. Award Method:
Winning the bid with a reasonable and low price
5. On-site self-assessment of the construction site—no additional costs will be incurred for increased construction difficulty or revised measures.
6. The deadline for submitting bid documents is 9:00 a.m. on June 30, 2021.

3. Documents Provided with the Quotation
1. After being signed and confirmed by the bidder, complete the bill of quantities with the bid prices.
2, Bid Price Breakdown and Quantity Takeoff Analysis Table.
3, Detailed List of Main Materials and Equipment.
4. Bidders must provide their business license, qualification certificates, authorization letters, and other relevant supporting documents, as well as performance records (this requirement is not uniformly imposed).
4. Please note: This project involves the installation of new ventilation systems within the workshop. All other systems—such as smoke extraction, air conditioning, cooling systems, electrical installations, and fire protection—have already been completed. During construction, ensure that normal production activities are not disrupted, and take proper precautions to maintain safety and protect finished materials.
