The Finance Department of the Feed Business Division is a warm and welcoming big family. I often find myself reflecting: Thank you, heaven, for bringing me together with colleagues—brothers and sisters—who share my values and work style. Together, we face challenges head-on, standing strong through both triumphs and setbacks. Whenever the company assigns us a task, we unite to tackle it head-on, ensuring it’s completed on time, no matter how tough the circumstances may be. Every day, we live, eat, and work side by side—though we may not be related by blood, our bond feels stronger than family itself.

People often say that kids born in the '90s are spoiled, lack responsibility, and shy away from taking on challenges—but today, I’d like to speak up for them: it’s not true that all '90s kids are irresponsible. In fact, they can look effortlessly stylish while still delivering outstanding results at work. Take our finance department, for instance—every single '90s member may wear the classic "90s face," but deep down, they’ve got the resilient spirit of the '70s.

Today, I’d like to give a big shout-out to Peng Yuyue, our youngest post-95s employee in the finance team. She’s always neat and efficient, full of energy—always chatting, laughing, quick-witted, and simply adorable. What’s more, she’s a real pro at managing relationships: whenever her finance colleagues need coverage for daily or weekly shifts, she’s always ready to step in, effortlessly saying, “No problem!” Meanwhile, she handles her own responsibilities with absolute precision. And when deadlines aren’t met as planned, she doesn’t hesitate to stay late—or even work overtime—to get things back on track. Yet, despite being a typical Gen Z, she exudes authenticity and confidence, far from any pretense or fussiness. Beyond her core duties, Yuyue is also happy to lend a hand, assisting colleagues in other roles whenever needed. Plus, whenever the department organizes an event, she jumps right in—no complaints about getting her hands dirty or putting in extra effort. In fact, she even takes the initiative to suggest how tasks should be tackled, sharing her thoughtful insights along the way. In her everyday interactions, Yuyue displays remarkable politeness and warmth, making everyone feel instantly comfortable around her. To her coworkers, she’s practically become synonymous with “older brother” or “older sister”—a term that carries a sense of endearing familiarity. And let’s not forget, everyone in the office affectionately calls her “Xiao Yuyue,” which just sounds extra cozy and heartfelt. Watching her thrive both professionally and personally, I truly see in her the kind of talent and dedication that will carry our finance team—and perhaps even the entire company—into the future. With people like her on our team, I’m more confident than ever about the bright prospects ahead for Le Shou and our entire family-like workplace culture.
