2020-08-18

The Shou Group has integrated its business processes with financial operations by implementing advanced financial management software, enabling seamless end-to-end workflow automation. This not only significantly reduces the need for manual labor but also minimizes errors that can arise from human calculations and information handoffs. As our team has deepened our understanding of the system and refined our proficiency in handling accounting tasks, we’ve successfully taken over previously outsourced cashier duties, further enhancing the continuity and efficiency of our financial processes. To boost overall productivity, we’ve moved beyond traditional manual calculation and record-keeping tasks, freeing up accountants to focus on more strategic aspects of financial analysis and decision-making. Under the group’s leadership, we’ve initiated a comprehensive journey toward accounting ITization (IT-based accounting). After an intensive period of data initialization, everyone has now mastered the use and operation of Kingdee’s financial software. As a result, our financial operations have fully transitioned to computerized accounting, marking a major milestone that saves valuable time while dramatically improving data accessibility. This transformation lays a robust foundation for advanced financial analysis, propelling our financial functions to a whole new level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Time flies like a fleeting white horse—gone in the blink of an eye. In the blink of an eye, it’s been more than three months since I joined Leshou Group. During these past few months, I’ve found that accounting informatization is what I’ve gained the most from. Its development.

Finance is the core department of an organization, and it also serves as a vital link that runs through every corner of the business. As a finance professional, my primary responsibilities include overseeing the Beijing-style Peking duck preparation demonstration site and managing the duckling rearing program. Departmental financial processing, ledger closing, financial management, and employee performance evaluations, among other tasks. Working here has made me truly appreciate the strength of Leshou Group. In my previous two roles, financial tasks were confined solely to the finance department—there was no effective integration of financial software with business operations, forcing us to manually gather and calculate data, which inevitably led to certain inaccuracies.

"Accounting is a high-intellect-driven field," was what one of my university professors once shared with us. He emphasized that in this industry, continuous learning is the only way to stay relevant—otherwise, you risk being left behind. Coming to Leshou, I’ve realized firsthand just how true that is. Earlier, I thought accounting was all about endlessly recording transactions—whether manually or using software. But now, at Leshou, I’ve discovered that it’s actually as simple as "pushing down" a few key steps. Here at Leshou, I’ve not only mastered advanced software tools but also gained a deep appreciation for the power of digital transformation. I feel incredibly fortunate to have joined this vibrant and supportive "family"—Leshou!

In this rapidly evolving environment of Leshou, I’ve begun to pay attention to the emerging field of information-based knowledge discovery—society is undergoing earth-shattering transformations. Take Haidilao’s unmanned restaurant, for instance, which has eliminated waitstaff entirely, replacing them with intelligent robots. Meanwhile, Alibaba’s Future Hotel has officially opened its doors, offering fully automated services. Then there’s unmanned healthcare, autonomous trading platforms, and even AI-driven financial systems—all emblematic of a technological revolution that’s moving at breakneck speed. This relentless pace of innovation is steadily turning what once seemed solid into something fragile, and what appeared immutable into something perpetually in flux.

As a finance professional, Deloitte’s “Little Qinren” can complete basic financial tasks in just minutes—tasks that would typically take accountants dozens of minutes—and does so without any breaks. A few days ago, while chatting with a friend from an accounting firm, I learned that some companies no longer even have dedicated accounting roles; instead, administrative staff handle these basic duties, while business processes are streamlined through software that automatically generates and scans vouchers. Now, all it takes for the boss is a basic understanding of finance—it seems fundamental accounting roles are quietly becoming obsolete.

In my future work, I will approach my responsibilities with even greater enthusiasm and a persistent commitment to learning, striving to become more professional and continuously working toward personal growth and self-improvement.

The company's corporate culture has taught me Be honest in character and steady in your actions. Guided by the spirit of Leshou culture, I will strive to be an honest, trustworthy, and responsible person. While excelling in my professional duties, I will also dedicate myself to serving the company and contributing positively to society.

In the new social wave, I’m moving forward together with Leshou!
