On August 11, 2020, Hebei Daily's eleventh-column feature highlighted the Party-building efforts undertaken by the private enterprise, Leshou Group, in Xian County. The report noted that Leshou Group has been promoting and implementing "Party Member Workstations," effectively driving forward the company's Party-building initiatives.

According to a report from Hebei Daily, on July 23, visitors to the testing center and production workshop of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Co., Ltd. were immediately struck by the prominent identification signs designating "Party Member Workstations." Employee Cao Zhenchao, who is also a Party member, shared: "The Party Member Workstation signs constantly remind me that I am a Party member—motivating me to work even harder, consistently taking the lead, and contributing more to the company's growth and development."

“We aim to highlight our Party members’ identities by designating dedicated ‘Party Member Workstations,’ thereby genuinely boosting their pride, sense of responsibility, and mission. Gao Xijun, Chairman of Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group Co., Ltd., is a veteran Party member with over 30 years of membership. He explains that since the establishment and ongoing development of the company’s Party branch—through regular branch meetings and the creation of Party subgroups across various business divisions—several employees have already submitted applications to join the Party. Through a variety of engaging activities such as setting up Party member model posts, recognizing outstanding Party members, delivering Party-themed lectures, and studying the Party Constitution, we’re fostering a stronger sense of patriotism and professional dedication among all our staff and managers.”

In the face of tight office space, a dedicated conference room has been repurposed as a Party member activity room, providing a permanent venue for Party members to carry out activities and engage in learning.

"Effective Party building translates directly into productivity, strengthens competitiveness, and fosters cohesion," said Gao Xijun. He emphasized that Party work isn’t just a slogan—when done well, it not only enhances the organization’s unity and fighting capacity but also provides a robust boost to corporate growth. In 2019, the group achieved an output value of 830 million yuan, while simultaneously expanding its market presence and bolstering the company’s overall strength. The Xianxian Leshou Poverty Alleviation Industrial Park, established under the company’s leadership, operates as an integrated industrial model based on "leading enterprise + specialized industry clusters," along with five unified practices—including centralized seedling supply—which have proven highly effective in helping impoverished households escape poverty and achieve prosperity.
