2. Procurement Requirements:

2.1 Reference Standards: Testing items based on Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 235, GB31650, and GB16869

2.2 The kit's detection limit is stricter than the national standard and meets the requirements of the user department.

2.3 Pre-processing standardization (one round of mincing, one centrifugation, one vortexing, and one nitrogen blow-down) helps conserve consumables, boosts efficiency, and ensures that our 18-item reagent kits are fully stocked with consistently high-quality products.

2.4 Sensory and Physicochemical Requirements for the Kit: The outer packaging must be intact and free from damage, with refrigeration supplies such as ice packs included inside the reagent box. The product must be accompanied by a comparative test report issued by an authoritative third-party testing organization. Additionally, the product name, specifications, and batch number must meet the requirements for intended use. Each shipment must include one factory-certified test report and one positive control standard. For imported kits, a customs declaration form must also be provided.

Qualifications and Bidding Requirements

1. Supplier Requirements:

a. Qualifications: Manufacturers must provide their business license and other relevant credentials; agents, meanwhile, are required to submit their business license, authorization letter, import registration certificate, and other pertinent qualifications.

b. Registered capital: ≥ RMB 500,000 or more;

2. No violations of laws or regulations in the past three years, not currently under orders to suspend operations or bankruptcy, and with assets that have not been restructured, taken over, or frozen.

3. Units whose legal representatives or investors are the same person, or that have controlling, investment, or management relationships with each other, are not permitted to participate in this tender simultaneously.

4. This tender does not accept joint bids from multiple entities, and subcontracting or sub-contracting is not permitted.
