1. Project Name: Construction of New Bulk Finished Feed Storage Facilities

2. This tender is for the procurement of equipment to build a new bulk finished-feed warehouse at the company, conducted in accordance with the company’s bidding procedures. The winning bidder will then sign a formal construction contract with the company.

3. Scope of Tender and Construction Requirements

Please refer to the attached design drawings and the production line equipment list. Please contact the bidding contact for further information.

The company will hold a centralized on-site inspection from February 25 to March 3 at the company headquarters (Luchang Village, Leshou Town). Please arrange to visit the site during this period to prepare your bidding documents. If you wish to participate, kindly deliver or mail your sealed bid documents to the company by 6:00 PM on March 3. The delivery address is: Bidding & Procurement Office, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group, 3rd Floor, Administrative Department, Qilizhuang Village, Leshou Town, Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Bidding Requirements

1. Contracting Method: All equipment and engineering work are provided on a turnkey basis, including labor, materials, transportation, and installation.

2. Quality Standards: All products must be合格 (qualified) and meet the company’s requirements.

3. Scope of Tender: All items included in the scope of construction.

4. Breakdown of the quotation, quotation method, and payment terms

Quote breakdown: Design drawings and the bill of quantities include everything;

Quotation method: The bidder shall submit a price according to the tender requirements, providing a formal invoice (a standard VAT invoice is sufficient). The quoted price includes tax.

Payment Terms: 30% of the contract value will be paid upon delivery of goods to the site. The remaining 95% of the final settlement amount will be disbursed after full installation is completed and the project passes acceptance inspection. The final 5% will serve as a warranty deposit, released one year after acceptance, provided no quality issues arise during that period.

5. Construction Schedule Requirement: Completion within two months from the date of contract signing after the bidding process is finalized.

6. Award Method: Awarded to the lowest responsive bid following a comprehensive evaluation.

Bid opening time and location

Our company will publish the tender documents on February 25, 2023, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by March 3, 2023, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled an on-site comprehensive bid opening and evaluation meeting for Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room No. 1.
