My initial impression of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group has never quite settled into a clear understanding.

It wasn’t until after joining the company that my perception of it truly evolved—it had already grown into a towering, majestic tree with deep roots and sprawling branches. It now has several wholly-owned subsidiaries under its umbrella. The company’s main businesses include breeding ducklings, feed processing, meat duck farming, slaughter and carcass preparation, and processed food manufacturing—these activities. Forms a relatively complete integrated development model spanning primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Entire Produce Industry Chain The company's consistent and steady growth—both in terms of its systems and overall development—has undoubtedly strengthened my sense of identity, belonging, and pride in the organization.

 

The department I belong to is the Procurement Department. When I first stepped into this industry, I realized I was lacking in many areas—such as a lack of experience and a vague understanding of specialized knowledge. Over the past six months, thanks to guidance from my leaders, advice from colleagues, and my own proactive efforts to learn, I’ve successfully integrated into procurement work, living up to everyone’s expectations. I’m constantly striving to improve myself through hands-on learning, refining my communication skills along the way. By applying what I’ve learned in real-world tasks, I’ve identified my weaknesses and am now working diligently to address them. All the while, I remain passionate and committed to advancing my role, driven by an enthusiastic dedication to tackling the challenges ahead. After all, procurement is a highly complex and demanding field—one that requires procurement professionals to possess a diverse range of competencies. Correct That's how it is. Life Only let me Feeling more fulfilled. People must advance through learning, and continually learn as they progress. Society is evolving, information is growing, and challenges are intensifying. We must not only leverage our own strengths but also maintain a keen awareness of the market, possess strong analytical and predictive capabilities, and excel in communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant expertise and experience, as well as detailed product knowledge—these are all areas I’ll need to refine continuously through hands-on work in the future, ultimately mastering the business.

In my future work, I will approach my tasks with even greater enthusiasm and a persistent, dedicated attitude toward continuous learning. I’ll steadily strive to become more professional in my role while constantly working toward personal growth and self-improvement.
