"I found a penny by the roadside and handed it to the police officer..." When many of us hummed this nursery rhyme as children, we learned the principle of returning lost items. For thousands of years, we have regarded honesty in returning lost property as a traditional virtue, continuously passed down subtly.

Honesty in returning lost property is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and a concrete manifestation of a person's noble character. Within the large collective of Leshou Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group, many outstanding employees have emerged, demonstrating Leshou people's strong sense of social responsibility and good spirit through their actions.

On August 28, 2019, Li Jizeng and Zhou Mingda, two gatekeepers at the Letong plant of the Feed Division of Leshou Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group, were on duty in the Letong gatehouse. Suddenly, they noticed a small truck driving on the road opposite the company dropping duck crates continuously. The two rushed forward and immediately called out to the truck driver, but the truck kept moving forward without hearing them. At that moment, a man riding a tricycle stopped to pick up the duck crates and tried to take them for himself. The two promptly intervened and protected the lost duck crates, which were verified to be 38 in total. After several twists and turns, the owner was found and the crates were returned. According to the owner, the 38 duck crates were worth nearly 3,000 yuan, preventing a significant loss. The owner was very grateful and presented a banner praising their honesty and noble character.

The spirit of honesty demonstrated by Li Jizeng and Zhou Mingda fully reflects Leshou Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group's core values of "being honest and doing things earnestly," embodying the group's moral sentiments and fine traditions. Their actions also highlight the spirit and corporate image of Leshou Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group, worthy of our learning.

On the morning of April 30, 2020, Li Jizeng and Gao Ruxiang, two gatekeepers at the Letong plant of the Feed Division of Leshou Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group, were on duty at the Letong gatehouse. Gao Ruxiang suddenly saw a 100-yuan bill blown by the wind at the south entrance, quickly picked it up and told Mr. Li. They were not attracted by the money but worried about who the owner might be—whether it was their material transport driver or a customer buying feed. After asking around and searching, they could not find the owner. Nearby, they found another 205 yuan, totaling 305 yuan. The more money they found, the more anxious they became, knowing the owner must be worried. Unable to find the owner, they handed the 305 yuan to the administrative department, hoping to find the owner through WeChat or other channels. The administrative department agreed and posted a message in the Feed Division group, but the owner was still not found. The money was then handed over to the finance department for further searching.

Although the matter was small, the two gatekeepers promoted truth, kindness, and beauty through their actions. Though seemingly ordinary, every detail reflects our good atmosphere. Honesty in returning lost property is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and a reflection of noble moral character. It also fully embodies Leshou people's corporate culture of being honest and doing things earnestly. Let the good reputation spread far and the light of morality illuminate us all. We should take them as examples, gather positive moral energy, become the most beautiful scenery, and add more wonderful notes to our company!

2020 Year 5 Month 12 Day, Feed Division of Leshou Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group Material transport driver Xu Mancheng at Tongda plant found 300 yuan cash outside the finance office and voluntarily handed it to our staff 。 With the joint search by our staff and Mr. Xu, it was confirmed after several verifications that the money belonged to driver Mr. Peng, and the cash was finally returned to him. Mr. Peng was very grateful to Mr. Xu and was very excited to see the lost money recovered. Mr. Xu said: " Nothing is easy, this 300 yuan is the result of my several days of hard work. ” Since cooperating with our company, Mr. Xu has been humble and courteous, orderly and reasonable, receiving unanimous praise from company staff and customers. As the saying goes, "Different aspirations and paths cannot work together," Mr. Xu's actions are an acknowledgment and inheritance of our company's " corporate culture of being honest and doing things earnestly. ” These seemingly trivial matters and these genuine people around us give us full positive energy.

Since ancient times, honesty in returning lost property has been praised by the Chinese people; today, we descendants of Yan and Huang continue to inherit civilization with our modest efforts, and elevate ourselves. I believe: 1+1>=2 , hand in hand, we will create a force greater than 2 . I also believe: "The hand that gives roses retains fragrance" ， The "Believers' Journey" is flourishing everywhere.
