Tree Labor Service Brand Flag Supporting Rural Revitalization Development
Xianxian's "Leshou Meat Duck Craftsmen" recognized as a provincial-level labor brand
To effectively strengthen labor service brand development and support rural revitalization, the Xian County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted extensive field visits and research, ultimately issuing the "Xian County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Measures for the Recognition of County-Level Labor Service Brands." Through in-depth surveys of local enterprises, training institutions, and industry associations, the bureau gained a comprehensive understanding of the current status of labor service brands within the county and carried out a thorough analysis of their characteristics. As a result, two key labor service brands were identified: "Leshou Meat Duck Workers" and "Xian County Yanjing Beer Professionals."
"Leshou Meat Duck Workers" is a comprehensive labor brand covering the entire industry chain—from duck farming and feed production to meat duck processing and sales of duck products. Meanwhile, "Xianxian Yanjing Beer People" integrates glass manufacturing, aluminum can production, and beer brewing and sales into one cohesive labor brand. Notably, "Leshou Meat Duck Workers" has been recognized as a provincial-level labor brand by the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

The two labor service brands developed by the Xian County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau generate an annual economic benefit of 529 million yuan, with an average annual income of 57,500 yuan per person. Over the past three years, these brands have directly facilitated employment for 27,550 people, including 8,600 new jobs created within just one year. Additionally, they have provided cumulative training to 17,600 individuals over the same period, with 5,700 trainees benefiting within the last year alone. The brands have also helped boost employment in surrounding industries, supporting 15,000 workers. In recent years, these initiatives have lifted 450 previously impoverished employees out of poverty, including 33 households registered as poverty-stricken families, and have integrated 53 disabled individuals into the workforce. Furthermore, the two labor service brands have been featured in national, provincial, and municipal media coverage a total of 21 times.
In its future work, the Xian County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will continue to strengthen efforts in cultivating labor service brands, guiding various institutions to provide specialized training and employment services. The bureau will also nurture leading enterprises within these labor brands, leverage their advantages in the industrial chain, and steadily maintain and expand employment opportunities.
