Although my time at Leshou hasn’t been long, it has already given me a deep sense of the company leadership’s relentless pursuit of excellence in both their work and their care for employees—making me feel truly fortunate to have joined Leshou. As a new employee stepping into an entirely new work environment, I certainly felt a bit of pressure despite having gained some professional experience from previous roles. To quickly get myself up to speed and settle into the workplace, I made it a point to ask colleagues for guidance whenever I encountered challenges—and actively sought out opportunities to learn the specialized skills essential for my job.
Over this period, I’ve not only expanded my knowledge significantly but also seen a remarkable improvement in my technical abilities. It’s been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling time!
