The total installation area is approximately 82,000 square meters (subject to final measurements), with photovoltaic panels and inverters required to be sourced from leading, well-known brand models.

2) Bidding photovoltaic manufacturers must provide cooperation methods and proposals, ensuring that the materials, equipment, and construction for this tendered project meet the requirements of current engineering construction standards and codes set forth by the People's Republic of China, Hebei Province, or relevant industry regulations.

9. Award Method: The winning bid will be the one with the most favorable proposal after evaluation.

Drafting the tender documents

The bid documents should be submitted in duplicate, with one original and one copy. In case of any discrepancies between the original and the copy, the original shall prevail.

Our company will publish the tender documents on June 17, 2022, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group, and will also send them directly to all prospective suppliers. All bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by July 1, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled a comprehensive bid opening and evaluation session either at our company conference room or via the Haoshitong software online on Saturday, July 2, 2022, starting at 9:00 a.m.
