As the year-end deadline approaches and production faces critical challenges, Li Hehe, General Manager of the Feed Business Division, has personally rallied logistics staff to join the frontline production efforts—working hand-in-hand with everyone to ensure that output meets customer demands.

Before we knew it, the year-end season arrived, and customers have already entered their busy preparations for the holidays. Meanwhile, our Leshou feed has seen its daily sales surge from 500 tons to 1,000 tons. This significant increase in demand is putting immense pressure on production. To meet customer needs, even one production team within the Feed Division is operating at full capacity. To tackle this growing challenge, Li Hehe, General Manager of the Feed Division, personally stepped in—leading the logistics team directly into the heart of production. Under the guidance of General Manager Li and the Production Manager, these dedicated logistics colleagues took their assigned roles, ensuring smooth operations and promptly addressing customer requirements.

The company strictly mandates employees to participate in a job rotation system, requiring support staff to also learn frontline technical skills outside of their regular duties—ensuring seamless operations and safeguarding production supply.
