On January 8, 2022, the LeShou Group held a grand conference to review and recognize achievements from 2021, as well as outline the work plan for 2022. Over 300 leaders attended the event, including group executives, heads of various business divisions, team leaders and above-level managers, and award recipients. The meeting focused on summarizing the year’s accomplishments, honoring outstanding teams and individuals who emerged within the company, and further inspiring everyone to stay motivated and energized as they collectively map out ambitious goals and tasks for 2022.

At the start of the meeting, chaired by Zhong Jinghong, President of the Group, everyone stood up to recite the Leshou Group Pledge and then sang the Leshou Anthem together.

Work Summary

Group Chairman Gao Xijun delivers a report.

Group Chairman Gao Xijun took the stage first to deliver the report titled "Leshou Group’s 2021 Work Summary, Recognition Ceremony, and 2022 Action Plan." In his speech, he highlighted the key achievements and areas for improvement across the group and its business units in 2021. He also outlined the group’s main operational plans, strategic initiatives, and key measures for 2022, providing a clear roadmap for future efforts and inspiring everyone to stay motivated. Finally, Chairman Gao expressed heartfelt gratitude to employees for their dedication throughout the past year and extended warm congratulations on the successful convening of the group’s annual conference.

Group CEO Qin Wen'an delivers the 2022 Work Plan Report

Qin Wen'an, Group Executive President, delivered the 2022 Key Work Measures Plan Report on behalf of the Group's management team, outlining comprehensive steps to achieve the group’s strategic goals and operational framework. He pledged to deliver a strong performance that satisfies employees, customers, shareholders, the Board of Directors, and society as a whole.

A sense of responsibility is always present, and the safety alert rings out every single day. The Group President, Executive President, general managers of each business division, and the Chairman signed the 2022 Annual Business Performance Responsibility Agreements, as well as the six annual safety production responsibility agreements.

The recipients of the "Advanced Collective" honor at this year's recognition ceremony include the Group Administration Department and the Letong Loading & Unloading Team. A total of 14 were awarded, while more than 150 individuals received honors in the "Advanced Collective" and "Advanced Individual" categories.
