4.1 Preparation of Bidding Documents

Bidders are required to carefully read all contents of the tender documents, submit a complete bid package, and ensure its authenticity. Any non-genuine bid documents will be deemed invalid.

4.2 Tender Document Format

Bidding applicants must submit their bid documents using the format provided in the tender documents.

4.3 Composition of the Bid Documents

4.4 The bid documents should be bound into a volume using A4-sized paper;

4.5 Number of Copies and Signatures of the Bidding Documents

The bid documents should be submitted in four copies: one original and three duplicates. In case of any discrepancies between the original and the duplicates, the original shall prevail. Any modifications to the bid documents must be signed by the original signatory and stamped with the official seal.

All bid documents must be free of alterations or inserted lines, unless such changes have been made in accordance with the bidder's instructions.

Our company will publish the tender documents on January 13, 2022, on the official website and WeChat official account of Leshou Group, and will also send them to all prospective equipment suppliers. Bidding companies are requested to submit their bid documents, along with company qualifications and other relevant materials—either in person or by mail—to our office by January 22, 2022, as specified in the tender documents. The company has scheduled a comprehensive online bidding opening and evaluation session via the Haoshitong software at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022.
