To strengthen corporate spiritual and cultural development, enrich employees' sports and cultural spirit, enhance internal competitiveness and team cohesion, and foster stronger collegial bonds and workplace camaraderie, the Guozhuang Branch of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2021 Winter Fun Sports Meet on the afternoon of December 8, 2021, at the outdoor sports field of the company’s factory building. Over 200 employees participated in the event.

To strengthen the company's spiritual and cultural development, enrich employees' sports and cultural lives, enhance internal competitiveness and team cohesion, and foster stronger collegial bonds and camaraderie, the Guozhuang Branch of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2021 Winter Fun Sports Meet on the afternoon of December 8, 2021, at the outdoor sports field of the company’s factory building. More than 200 employees participated in the event.

Zhang Lei, General Manager of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry, delivered a speech at this year's Winter Games. He announced that the Guozhuang branch is currently building a sports center, which will soon be open for all employees to enjoy. Zhang encouraged everyone to work happily and live healthily. Additionally, he inspired the athletes to boldly challenge themselves during today’s event, pushing through each sport with determination—and most importantly, savoring the joy of competition. Finally, he emphasized that the Winter Games would be an excellent opportunity for Leshou employees to showcase their spirit of perseverance, resilience, and collaborative teamwork.

This year's sports event features four participating teams: the Logistics Team, the Front Area Team, the Back Area Team, and the Warehouse Team. The games are divided into two main categories—team events and individual events. The team events include Dragon Boat Racing, Ball-Carrying Relay, Unity in One Goal, and Group Rope Skipping. Meanwhile, the individual events consist of six exciting competitions: Precision Shooting, Shuttlecock Kicking, Balloon-Balancing Race, Rope Skipping, Table Tennis Singles, and Billiards. Throughout the event, participants will experience both the intense thrill of competition and physical challenge, as well as the uplifting spirit of mutual support, collaboration, and friendly interaction.

Among these activities, team spirit shines brightest in dragon boat races, ball-carrying relays, "Everyone on the Same Page," and group jump rope—games that not only test speed but also highlight seamless teamwork and collaboration, perfectly embodying the essence of unity. Meanwhile, shuttlecock kicking, jump rope, and ball-tossing sprints are beloved by participants and spectators alike, creating an exhilarating atmosphere filled with enthusiastic cheers and vibrant energy at every intense competition.

After fierce competition, the winners—first, second, and third place—were determined in each event.

The sports event concluded in a harmonious and joyful atmosphere, as company leaders presented certificates to the winning teams and athletes, bringing the games to a perfect close.

This year’s sports event not only boosted employees’ physical fitness but also strengthened camaraderie among colleagues. From the event’s well-organized structure to the athletes’ determined efforts and the audience’s supportive, yet respectful participation, everything clearly showcased the strong spirit of unity, determination, and seamless collaboration that defines the Leshou team. Moving forward, all Leshou staff will embrace a refreshed mindset and renewed enthusiasm, eagerly dedicating themselves to both work and learning—ready to contribute their wisdom and energy to the company’s operations and the industry’s continued growth!
