On the afternoon of September 24, 2021, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony for "Technology Integration" between Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group and Shandong Xinde Technology Group was held in the conference room of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group. Prior to the signing ceremony, Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group Chairman Gao Xijun, Vice President Qin Wen'an, Chief Veterinarian Cui Defu, and Rong Jinchang, Deputy General Manager of Leshou Duck Farming’s Free-Range Division, accompanied Xinde Technology Group Chairman Li Chaoyang, Waterfowl Business Unit General Manager Xin Haiye, Regional Manager Wang Hongya, and Business Manager Feng Xiuhua on a tour of the meat duck slaughtering and segmentation production facility at Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.’s Guozhuang Branch.

Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd., Guozhuang Branch, broke ground in March 2019 and officially began operations in April 2021. The project boasts a total investment of 150 million yuan and features two production lines—each dedicated to processing split ducks and duck carcasses—capable of slaughtering 150,000 meat ducks daily. With an annual slaughter capacity of 45 million meat ducks, the facility is expected to support the growth of duck farming among 600 local farmers.

During the signing ceremony meeting, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion covering corporate management, strategic objectives, team building, and cultural values.

To further deepen the friendly cooperative relationship with Shinde Technology Group and strengthen communication between the two parties while fostering mutual growth, Mr. Li Chaoyang delivered a presentation titled "Leadership Development," sharing insights and experiences across five key areas: taking responsibility, mobilizing teams, building relationships, empowering others while achieving personal success, and understanding both yourself and your counterparts.
