The CPC History Expert Lecture Group from Cangzhou City visited Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group to deliver a lecture on Party history.

To further deepen the understanding of the significant meaning and rich implications behind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on July 1st, as well as the spirit of the 10th Party Congress of Cangzhou City, and to profoundly inspire the vitality for the company’s “second entrepreneurship,” on August 26, 2021, Bian Chao, a member of the Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee’s Party History Expert Lecture Group and a lecturer from the Leadership Science Research Office at the Municipal Party School, delivered a special lecture to employees of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group. Gao Liangku, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of Xian County CPC Committee, chaired the lecture and delivered remarks. Attending the session were Li Bianyun, Vice Chairman of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group; Qin Wen’an, Vice President (and Party Branch Secretary); Zhang Lei, General Manager of the Slaughtering Business Division (and Deputy Party Branch Secretary); along with party members, prospective party members, active candidates, key enterprise personnel, and employee representatives from the company’s Party branch.

At the briefing, Lecturer Bian Chao closely followed the key themes of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1, delivering a comprehensive explanation that revolved around the Party's century-long journey. He delved into the speech's profound implications, spiritual essence, core ideas, and ideological profundity, helping attendees deeply understand how this landmark address serves as both a political declaration and an action plan inspiring the entire Party and people of all ethnic groups across the country to march forward toward the second centenary goal. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of fostering a strong sense of ideological, political, and practical awareness in thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's July 1 speech.

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s solemn declaration at the very beginning of his speech marks the Chinese Communist Party fulfilling its resolute promise to the people and to history. It also signifies that China has taken another monumental step forward on the path to modernization, representing yet another major leap in the historic journey toward the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This moment holds milestone significance—both in the annals of the Communist Party of China, the history of New China, and the broader trajectory of the Chinese nation’s development.

During the meeting, Zhang Lei, deputy secretary of the Party branch, stated: "Through Teacher Bian's lecture—and especially by studying the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping on July 1—we have gained a deeper understanding of our Party's glorious journey over the first century and the significant mission we now face in the second century. As private enterprises, we must always uphold the leadership of the Party, stay true to our original aspirations, and keep our mission firmly in mind, so that we can make indispensable contributions to Xian County's economic and social development."
