Safety hazards are all around—prevent fires before they start!

To further strengthen the company's safety efforts, enhance all employees' fire safety awareness, solidify the foundation of fire prevention and control, and improve staff capabilities in promptly responding to and effectively managing fire emergencies, the Xian County Fire Rescue Brigade has joined forces with Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. to conduct a realistic fire drill—guided by the principles of "safety first, prevention foremost" and the people-oriented philosophy.

The drill simulated a sudden fire breaking out in the packaging workshop of Leshou Duck Industry's No. 2 production facility. Upon discovering the emergency, the on-duty personnel immediately reported the incident, activated the fire-fighting and evacuation emergency plan, and promptly dialed "119" to alert the authorities. Meanwhile, department heads followed the pre-determined exercise procedures, swiftly organizing their teams for an urgent evacuation—guiding employees safely through escape routes to leave the fire scene in an orderly and well-coordinated manner.

After the fire evacuation drill concluded, to further reinforce the practical skills gained, instructors from the county fire brigade demonstrated on-site how to use fire hydrants and fire extinguishers, and then allowed participants to personally practice operating these essential firefighting tools. This hands-on experience ensured that everyone involved in the drill could confidently master the proper techniques for emergency fire suppression.

The fire drill exercise was successfully completed, transforming abstract safety awareness into a tangible, real-world simulation. This significantly strengthened employees' safety consciousness and their ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, while also enhancing their composure and mental resilience when confronted with fires. By keeping the "fire alarm" constantly ringing in everyone's minds, the exercise laid a solid foundation for building a robust "fireproof wall" of safety within the company.
