Xinde Technology Mingxin Workshop — Visiting Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group

On October 24, 2020, the Mingxin Workshop by Shinde Technology visited Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group. A delegation led by Li Chaoyang, Chairman of Shinde Technology, and Zheng Baofeng, General Manager of the Waterfowl Business Division, toured the facilities at Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group. They were warmly received by Gao Xijun, Chairman of Leshou Agricultural and Pastoral Group; Li Bianyun, Vice Chairman; Zhong Jinghong, President; Qin Wen'an, Vice President; Zhang Lei, General Manager of the Slaughtering Business Division, along with heads of various departments. Together, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion and exchange on topics such as corporate management, team building, and corporate culture.

At 9:00 a.m., the Xinde Technology Mingxin Workshop kicked off in the second-floor conference room of the Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group headquarters, attracting more than 70 participants. The three-hour workshop, focused on "Maximizing Life’s Value," was jointly attended by Gao Xijun, Chairman of Leshou Agricultural & Pastoral Group, and Li Chaoyang, Chairman of Xinde Technology.

The study session was divided into two parts. In the first session, Li Chaoyang, Chairman of Xinde Technology, shared his personal insights on Wang Yangming’s School of Mind for 1.5 hours. The second session featured Zheng Baofeng, General Manager of Xinde Technology’s Waterfowl Business Division, who led the reading of "Cultural Confidence and National Revival," moderated the discussion, and screened a promotional video from the Mingxin Workshop.

First, Mr. Li Chaoyang delivered a systematic and insightful presentation on his "Heart, Way, Virtue, and Action" series, drawing from real-life examples in both personal and professional contexts. He delved into topics such as breaking through life’s limitations and enhancing one’s spiritual well-being, offering clear and thought-provoking explanations. He emphasized that we must align ourselves with the "Way," cultivating the practice of clarifying and purifying our minds to strengthen our inner resilience. A true gentleman, he noted, refrains from fostering negativity in others, instead gathering righteous energy to nurture positivity—accumulating this uplifting force within ourselves until our hearts remain steadfast and calm, enabling us to give rise to infinite possibilities. Moreover, Mr. Li highlighted that applying Wang Yangming’s philosophy to benefit people is the greatest intangible value of all. Finally, he shared practical examples related to personal growth, family building, and career success, leaving a profound impact on the participants from our company.

Zheng Baofeng, General Manager of the Waterfowl Business Division at Xinde Technology, hosted the Mingxin Workshop. He guided everyone in a collective reading of "Cultural Confidence and National Rejuvenation," helping participants gain insights into "life's two fundamental truths, life's major strategies, and life's core values," while also teaching them the practices of cultivating clarity and inner purity. Throughout the session, thought-provoking questions such as "Why do I live? How can I become a source of pride for my parents and a role model for my children? And how can I maximize my life's purpose?" deeply resonated with attendees. Participants fully immersed themselves in the learning process, actively engaging in discussions and sharing their personal reflections. During the dialogue, colleagues demonstrated courageous, heartfelt, and profound insights, openly sharing their thoughts and experiences with one another.

  Finally, Chairman Mr. Gao Xijun summarized the learning session. He remarked that General Manager Li’s insights deeply resonated with and inspired the employees of Leshou to embrace the principles of "Zhi Liangzhi" (Awakening to Goodness) as well as traditional Chinese culture and the wisdom of ancient sages. Moving forward, Leshou will take Xinde Technology as a role model, continuously promoting Zhi Liangzhi learning initiatives, unlocking the inner potential of our employees, and proactively applying the universal truth of action and reaction. In doing so, we aim not only to foster our own growth but also to generously benefit others, ultimately driving the successful implementation of Leshou’s 3.0 strategy.
