A delegation of grassroots-level officials from Bayingolin Prefecture, Xinjiang, visited Leshou Duck Industry for inspection and guidance.

On July 10, 2018, a delegation of grassroots-level officials from Bazhou, Xinjiang, visited Leshou Duck Industry for an inspection and guidance tour as part of the first group of trainees in the Xinjiang-Upholding Provincial Training Program. Accompanying the delegation were relevant leaders from the CPC Municipal Committee of Cangzhou City, including Zhang Rui, Deputy Secretary of the Xian County Party Committee; Liu Guoqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xian County Party Committee and Minister of Organization; and Zhang Lei, Director and Board Secretary of Leshou Group. First, Comrade Liu Guoqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xian County Party Committee and Minister of Organization, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt greetings to all participants on behalf of the Xian County Party Committee, the county government, and the people of Xian County. He then provided a brief overview of Xian County, highlighting its geographical location, history, cultural heritage, and the current state of development at Leshou Duck Industry. He encouraged everyone to seize this training opportunity to learn together, foster stronger ethnic bonds, deepen friendships among different groups, and unite their efforts toward common progress. He emphasized the importance of staying true to their original aspirations and keeping their mission firmly in mind, urging them to work hand-in-hand and strive collectively for shared success. Following this, Zhang Lei, Director and Board Secretary of Leshou Group, briefed the visiting delegation on the company’s overall operations. He detailed Leshou Duck Industry’s strategic plans, ongoing construction projects, and investment initiatives. Notably, he highlighted that Leshou Duck Industry, recognized as a key provincial-level leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, boasts a long-standing history of innovation and cutting-edge product technology. The company leverages advanced production techniques and management expertise, ensuring top-notch quality in its duck products. Currently, Leshou operates three dedicated slaughterhouses with an annual designed capacity of 11 million ducks, placing it among the industry leaders in both production capacity and market share. The renowned "Leshou" brand of duck products is widely distributed across cities nationwide, earning a stellar reputation as a trusted and popular choice among consumers. Afterward, the training delegation toured Leshou Duck Industry’s Halal-certified processing facility. It is worth noting that the Bazhou Grassroots Cadre Training Program for Upliftment in Xinjiang-Provincial Cities is jointly organized by the Organization Department of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Bazhou, Xinjiang. Cangzhou City is responsible for hosting two sessions of this program, each aimed at training leadership team members from townships (subdistricts) in Luntai County. A total of 140 township-level cadres will participate in these sessions, split into two groups. On this occasion, the first group of 70 trainees, along with 2 accompanying service personnel, was joined by over 100 officials from relevant departments, including representatives from the Organization Department of the Cangzhou Municipal Committee and the Organization Department of the Xian County Party Committee, who visited and inspected Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd.

Accompanying the delegation were relevant leaders from the Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee, including Zhang Rui, Deputy Secretary of the Xian County Party Committee; Liu Guoqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xian County Party Committee and Minister of Organization; and Zhang Lei, Director and Board Secretary of Leshou Group, among other officials.

He encouraged everyone to seize this opportunity for mutual learning and growth during the training, fostering stronger ethnic bonds, deepening friendships among different groups, and uniting as one to drive forward our shared goals. He provided a detailed briefing on the company’s strategic plans, ongoing construction projects, and investment initiatives to the delegation of leaders in attendance. Zhang Lei highlighted that Leshou Duck Industry, as a key provincial-level agricultural industrialization enterprise, boasts a long-standing history of development, cutting-edge product technology, and advanced production techniques coupled with robust management expertise—factors that consistently ensure the exceptional quality of the company’s duck carcass products. Currently, the company operates three dedicated slaughter and carcass-processing facilities, with an annual designed production capacity of 11 million ducks. As a result, Leshou ranks among the industry leaders in both production capacity and sales volume. Moreover, the “Leshou” brand of duck carcass products enjoys widespread popularity across all major cities in China, firmly establishing itself as a renowned name in the domestic roasted duck carcass manufacturing sector—and earning high praise from consumers nationwide.

　　It is reported that the grassroots cadre training program in Bazhou, aimed at sending officials to Xinjiang's aid-providing provinces and cities, is jointly organized by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department and the Standing Committee of Bazhou, Xinjiang. Cangzhou City will host two sessions, each focusing on training members of township (subdistrict) leadership teams from Luntai County. In total, 140 township-level cadres will participate in this initiative over the two phases.
