During this lush, green season, to further enhance team cohesion and embody the company’s corporate culture, the Guozhuang Branch of Hebei Leshou Duck Industry Co., Ltd. organized a two-day military training session for all employees on August 12, 2023. Military training is a rare and enriching experience in one’s life—a unique opportunity for personal growth and development. Through this rigorous program, participants not only gained a deeper appreciation for teamwork but also witnessed significant improvements in their collective qualities and a remarkable uplift in their overall spirit and mindset.
At 8:20 a.m. on August 12, 2023, the inaugural military training conference of the Guozhuang Branch was held with great ceremony, and all employees attended the event.
At the meeting, Chairman Gao Xijun, Group President Zhong Jinghong, and General Manager Zhang Lei delivered important instructions and a motivational speech to all members of the military training program.
The morning training session of August 12, 2023, flew by in the midst of rigorous drills. It was through these very exercises that we grew—not just physically, but also as individuals. We learned to endure hardship and embrace perseverance, while also discovering the power of unity. Sure, we haven’t yet reached any lofty heights, but we’ve gained the courage and confidence to face challenges head-on and push through them. At times during training, sweat poured down our faces—but seeing our instructor’s trusting gaze, we didn’t hesitate to wipe it away, straighten up, and keep going with renewed determination.
The goose step is quite a challenging exercise—though it seems simple on the surface, mastering it requires both strong coordination and plenty of patience. It’s also one of the most collaborative activities in military training.
An action can take minutes, tens of seconds, or even just a few seconds.
After one march-step sequence, everyone was walking unevenly—but with the instructors repeatedly calling out, "Take bigger steps if they’re too small, and smaller steps if they’re too big. Keep your eyes on the person next to you using your peripheral vision," along with, "Bring your arms into motion"—everyone gradually shifted from casual, uncoordinated movements toward perfect synchronization.
The military training activity not only strengthened our bodies and honed our willpower, but also fostered teamwork and a sense of collective pride, while deepening mutual understanding and friendship among colleagues. We hope that all participants will cherish this opportunity, carry forward the spirit of military training, and proudly showcase the unique character of Leshou.
